Q: Does insurance cover what happened?
A: In most cases, yes, many insurance policies are written to cover our costs. However, every insurance policy is unique. In the case of a questionable situation, call for a free estimate. We will assess the situation and speak with the insurance carrier to help make a clear determination of coverage.
Q: What kind of work do you do?
A: We specialize in removal and sanitization of bio hazardous material in homes, businesses and vehicles. Beyond that we are also able to restore most sites back to their natural condition.

A: In most cases the cost are covered by the insurance policy and the only direct cost to you is the deductable. In other cases the cost may be covered by private and state funded programs. In either case we offer free written estimates.

Q: Do you clean non biohazardous messes?
A: Yes. We understand that certain circumstances can lead to messes beyond the realm of typical household cleaning. We are able to help in any situation from unruly pets to broken down and leaking refrigerators.
Q: How long will this take?
A: Depending on the scope and scale of the situation time will vary. However, in most situations we are able to decontaminate the effected are within hours of you contacting us.
Q: Do I have to be present while work is being done?
A: No your presence is not required. All that is required from you is signed written permission to enter the premises and begin the decontamination process. All Bio-Scene Cleaners technicians are extremely trustworthy and have under gone a background check. In addition we are bonded and carry a high level of general liability insurance.
Q: What do you do with the contaminants?
A: All contaminants removed are cut to size and placed in a red biohazardous labeled bag which is placed in a U.N. certified biohazardous box. These boxes are stored at our biohazardous storage facilities and are later transported to a treatment facility and then incinerated at extremely high temperature.
Q: How do I know if my place is decontaminated?
A: Upon completion of the decontamination process, you will receive a company sealed certification letter from Bio-Scene Cleaners stating your business has been disinfected and decontaminated using Federal Health and Safety Code standards by a B.S.C. certified technician.
